                                     People have dreams in their lives. Many aspire to be rich or to become business tycoons. Some persons dream of becoming a doctor ,pilot, engineer,lawyer etc. some will achieve their goals and some cannot. Those who cant achieve their lifestyle goals  will simply blame others or they will  simply say BAD LUCK. But these thing may happen or not  , which depends on their motivational skills.If one is motivated, he will reach the great heights of life. If not, he will reach the lowest  level in life.

                                         So its our duty to motivate others. The height of knowledge is to share the things what we know. So hereby, I am going to provide some motivational  tips which I know. Sorry for some errors in grammers. SPEED UP YOUR PC

This is a simple trick to boost the speed of your hard disk. If you like to increase your Hard Disk read/write speed without buying expensive software, just follow next steps. With doing these steps you will increase Hard disk speed. It also depends on manufacture and specification of your hard disk. The most speed improvement is visible with IDE drives; however there are reports that this tweak also does good for SCSI disks. 

In any case, it won’t harm your system 

Steps: 

1. Run SYSEDIT.EXE from the start & then Run command. 

2. Expand the system.ini file window. 

3. Scroll down almost to the end of the file untill you find a line called <386enh>. 

4. Press Enter to make one blank line, and in that line type 

5. Irq14=4096 (note: This line IS CASE SENSITIVE) 

6. Click on the File menu, then choose Save. 

7. Close SYSEDIT and reboot your computer. 

8. Restart windows! 

The speed improvement will be noticed just after the system reboots, any system info. software can be used to check the improvement.

USE KEYBOARD AS MOUSE

You can also use your keyboard as a mouse. This can be very helpful when your mouse isn’t working properly, or if you want to have some fun. 

1. To activate mouse keys all you do is press Alt+Left shift key (the one below the caps lock key) and the Num Lock key. 

To deactivate just press the above combination again. 

All you have to do is to use your numeric keypad to move the mouse pointer. 

Here are some tips that might improve the Mouse Keys experience: 

- You might want to set your options to something like the following (to change the options just double click on the mouse icon in the systray and click on settings) 

1) Select ‘Hold down Ctrl to speed up Shift to slow down’ (this might be helpful if you want to go to a point quickly with your cursor) 

2) Change the option to ‘off‘ where it says ‘Use Mouse Keys when NumLock is:‘ (this way you can use your numeric keypad to key in numbers) 

And here are the functions that you can do with the Numeric Keypad: 

5 = a left click on your normal mouse 

Press 0 and navigate the pointer= Selecting the text in a normal keyboard 

Pressing * or - and then pressing 5 = right click on your normal mouse (to use 5 to perform the left click action press the / key). 

To scroll up and down you can either use arrow keys or the Page Up and Page Down keys. You can also use the spacebar to get to the bottom of the page. 

There are other combinations as well that do the same tasks as the ones above so I haven’t mentioned them. You are going to discover after playing around with the numeric keypad for a while.

Indian Engineering Services

Indian Engineering Services Examination (IES) is conducted by UPSC, India every year. It is conducted for the recruitment to the engineering categories in government services like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering. Those who clear IES can join in good grades and they have a faster career progression in government sector. Those who are looking for a stable government job in engineering cadre, IES is the exam you need to watch out for. IES exam is usually conducted in June and it is an exam spread over three years. The notification of the exam commences on the month of January and applications.

IES exam has some sections like objective type papers in engineering subject areas subjective papers different based on different engineering streams. IES is relatively a tough exam as it has a broader syllabus covering the specific engineering stream in depth.

Selection process of the candidates is based on Written Test and Personality Test. Only those candidates who get qualified for written test can attend personality test.

Qualification Criteria for IES

Candidates must have Engineering degree ( BE/Btech) from a recognized university or equivalent. Those students appearing for final semester exam are also allowed to appear for this subjected to them submitting the degree certificates at the time of recruitment. Candidates who have qualified MSc degree or equivalent in areas like Wireless Communications, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering can also apply for IES exam. Applicants should be of age group 21 to 30. 

What Singer Dhanush thinks about Sonam’s acting . . ?

Dhanush’s Kolaveri singer would soon be seen together with Sonam Kapoor in Raanjhanaa but till date actor is not at all prepared to express his view towards her talent, says report.

As per the report: Dhanush said, "I think it's too soon for me to judge what kind of an actress Sonam is. I'll have to work with her and then probably I'll know better," the 28-year-old said. "Right now, as far as I am concerned, she has a very expressive face and I am sure she is capable of much more than she has already done."

Recently, Singer Dhanush has worked for Sachin Tendulkar’s song of praise and was notice excited Sachin’s 100th century.

Raanjhnaa: Dhanush to take Bollywood by storm

Tanu Weds Manu director Aanand Rai, who has roped in 'Kolaveri Di' hitmaker Dhanush for his next film, says the film will break the myth that actors from South do not taste success in Bollywood.

Having cast Dhanush opposite Sonam Kapoor in the film, Aanand says that the National award winning actor will take Bollywood by storm with Raanjhnaa. "We have so many girls from down South stepping into Hindi films but filmmakers seem to get cold feet when it comes to actors.

Maybe 'Raanjhnaa' would break the myth that actors from South aren't successful in Hindi films. I have seen Dhanush's work down South, he will take Bollywood by storm," Aanand told PTI.

After the success of Tanu Weds Manu, apparently there was pressure on Aanand to rope in a much more 'saleable' name. But the director said, "I don't understand one thing. When we have no qualms picking up films from down South for remaking them in Bollywood, why not do the same with heroes as well?"

Set in Varanasi, Raanjhnaais a love story of a middle class boy and girl. Known for capturing the authenticity of various small towns and cities in Tanu Weds Manu, Aanand is expected to bring similar flavour in his new film as well, "This is also going to be a close-to-soil film. Dhanush is going to melt everyone's heart in the role of this loveable guy from Varanasi. The female character too would have a mind of her own despite hailing from a small town. She is street-smart and not a pushover. Beyond that it would be futile to talk since it is too early," said Aanand.
